Likely figures Foreground: Miles Standish (with helmet), William Bradford (pilgrim attire). Stephen Hopkins / Edward Doty (buckskins).

Exxon Corporation in the mid 1960's commissioned Ken Riley with a good number or works for the series Great Moments in American History. These works were used in calendar illustrations, and product advertising prints (Humble oil). (see final pic)

The work for sale is the one and only original.

Board measures 21" x 27 7/8". Frame measures 25 1/2" x 32 3/8". Good to very good condition. Estate fresh to market. Frame having mild storage related wear.
